Tennis
Vivante Tennis offers six state-of-the-art Har-Tru (clay) tennis courts. The tennis program is designed for both social players who like a friendly game of tennis or those who enjoy the competitive excitement of league play.
Vivante Tennis also offers the services of our professional coach, Bonnie Gadusek, from November through March. A highly qualified teaching professional, Bonnie is an expert in coaching beginners through experienced players and every team level. She was rated 8th in the WTA World Rankings and 12th in ladies’ doubles rankings in the 1980’s.

Pools
You have your choice of two beautiful swimming pools at The Grand Clubhouse. The gorgeous, resort-style pool features a free-form, lagoon design with an infinity edge. The pool area includes a fully-furnished sundeck with an inviting gazebo and hot-tub spa. The second pool is a lap pool. Separated from the lounging areas, swimmers can concentrate on exercise or get some sun in a more private space.
A pool-side Cabana offers a cool and inviting place to relax. Beautifully furnished, it features televisions, a bar with a refrigerator, sink and microwave. It’s a great place to watch the big game with your friends.
Fitness Center
A state-of-the-art Fitness Center that is fully equipped with the finest equipment for cardiovascular and weight training is at your disposal. An attached aerobics room provides space for group fitness classes and other activities. Luxurious men and women’s locker rooms complete with steam and sauna rooms make for a great place to wind down after a workout.
Spa
From classic manicures and pedicures to facials, massages, acupuncture and more, the Vivante Spa offers a wide variety of indulgences offered by some of the best spa staff in the area. You will be impressed the minute you walk in the door. Come see our casually elegant rooms, including a Zen Room for relaxation between sessions. An outdoor massage on the terrace, listening to music and the relaxing sounds of a nearby fountain, will melt away all your cares.
The Grand Clubhouse
The magnificent, 25,000 square foot Grand Clubhouse offers a myriad of indoor and outdoor activities. Inside, residents have their choice of the pub-style Billiard Room, a Media Room, a Game Room, the Cyber Lounge, our Library, and a Ping-Pong/Crafts Room. The party room includes a kitchen and bar, and plays host to many Vivante activities, such as our Saturday Morning Cafe. The party room can be reserved for private parties. Outdoor amenities include a grilling area, a fire pit, an intimate courtyard with gas fireplace and conversation area, along with grand fountains and lake vista balconies.
Social Club
The Social Club is a great resource for the Vivante community. A group of residents who love the Vivante lifestyle volunteer their time to organize fun activities that bring the whole community together. Activities include hosting parties with live bands, regularly scheduled Bingo and Bunco games, day trips, themed potluck dinners, and the weekly seasonal favorite – Saturday Breakfast Cafe.
The mission of the Social Club is to bring people together that otherwise may not have had the occasion to get to know each other. Vivante is fortunate to have such a wonderful group of neighbors that make everyone feel welcome!
