On Wednesday June 17, 2020, at 3 P. M., at 92 Vivante Boulevard, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950, a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of Vivante at Punta Gorda Condominium Association, Inc. will be held. The agenda for the meeting will be the following:
1) Certifying Quorum – Call to Order
2) Proof of Notice of Meeting
3) New Business
a. Consideration of the amended 2020 Budget for the Vivante COA.
5) Adjournment
