COA & POA 2021 Budget Meeting Notices

Dear Vivante Owners,

The 2021 budget meetings will be held virtually, November 18th beginning at 3:00pm.  Your budget package is available at the office for your pick up today before 2 pm.  Those not picked up by 2pm today will be mailed via USPS to the physical mailing address of record that we have on file for your unit.  If you are in Vivante, please stop by and pick up your package; thanks!

Additionally, for your convenience, the notices are below and the entire budget package with notices is available on the Vivante website.

Notice is hereby given that the Budget Meeting of the Vivante at Punta Gorda
Condominium Association, Inc. will be held virtually due to COVID-19 Pandemic, all Board Members will be attending via conference call; Owners will attend via conference call too. The meeting will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m. on November 18, 2020. The primary purpose of the meeting is the adoption of the 2021 Budget and the transaction of other business authorized to be transacted by the members per the governing documents.
